1. Delivery Coverage

  • We currently deliver exclusively within Pakistan.

  • We do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders can be delivered to all major cities, towns, and regions across Pakistan covered by our partner courier networks.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges will be applied at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.

  • We may periodically run Free Shipping promotions on selected items or orders above a specific purchase threshold.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Once your order is processed and dispatched, typical delivery windows are:

  • Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, etc.): 2 to 4 business days.

  • Other Cities & Remote Regions: 3 to 6 business days.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Order Verification

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

  • To prevent fake or fraudulent orders, our team may verify your order via phone call or WhatsApp before dispatching it. Unverified orders may be placed on hold or canceled.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your package is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp.

  • You can track the real-time status of your parcel using the provided courier link.

6. Parcel Inspection upon Delivery

  • Riders are independent courier employees and are strictly instructed not to allow customers to open parcels prior to payment.

  • Please pay the rider, accept the package, and record a brief unboxing video. If the contents are damaged or incorrect, this video will serve as required proof under our [Return & Exchange Policy].

7. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

  • Courier representatives will make up to 2–3 attempts to deliver your package.

  • Please ensure your provided contact number is active and reachable. If you fail to accept the order, it will be returned to our warehouse, and future COD orders may require advance payment.
